Meet the Team Behind Evergreen:AIR™
Erin Mckay
Erin brings more than 25 years of pipeline and environmental compliance management experience in the energy industry. Her work has taken her across Alaska, from the North Slope to Valdez, Kenai, Cook Inlet, and many locations in between. She has facilitated hundreds of agency audits and provided compliance and risk-reduction support for more than $8 billion in energy assets, while helping operational teams strengthen regulatory performance.
Erin has served on the Gas Piping Technology Committee, GPTC, since 2009. She contributes to the Design and Planning/Emergency Response Task Group, the Operations and Maintenance/Operator Qualification Task Group, and the Transmission Division.
James Baze
James brings more than 20 years of experience in pipeline operations, regulatory compliance, and control room management. He is also a Military Veteran with a background shaped by service, field experience, and practical problem-solving.
Throughout his career, James has seen firsthand the challenges operators face when navigating complex USDOT, PHMSA, and state regulatory requirements. He is committed to helping operators strengthen compliance through practical solutions, effective program management, and emergency response planning.
James brings that same operational perspective to Evergreen:AIR™, helping users save time, expand their regulatory knowledge, and make informed, data-driven compliance decisions.

Joni brings more than 25 years of experience spanning oil & gas, information technology, regulatory compliance, project management, and document control. She has built a career helping organizations improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, and deliver complex projects successfully.
